Pine Waves Karate Academy
The karate instructors at Pine Waves Karate Academy are dedicated to the enrichment and
practice of Shotokan karate, have won several national championships, and have trained
students to become national/international champions. All of our instructors are recognized by
the United States National Karate Federation (the USANKF is a member of the US Olympic
Committee and the national governing body for traditional karate in the US).
The mission at PWKA is to train students in karate, to train students in highly-effective self
defense, to practice self control, to reduce stress through exercise, to be conscious of physical
and mental fitness (including stress reduction), and to build confidence.
